English Theatre Workshops are another feature of the White
Horse Theatre programme and an additional aid to teaching
languages. The workshop leaders are bilingual native speakers
and the emphasis lies on the practical application of the English
language.
Our workshops are planned in close cooperation with each
individual school. The topics can be discussed with us in
advance in order to support the current learning situation in the
school curriculum. They can take place as a single workshop
(2-3 hours), as a support for a theatre club; or they can be part
of a project week, running from 3-5 days, finishing with a school
performance.
The fees for a theatre workshop vary: e.g., a 3-hour workshop
with one workshop leader and 25-30 participants costs €165,-
plus travel and hotel, if required.
All these workshops can be adapted for use in teacher training
sessions. The costs vary between €35,- and 65,- per participant,
plus costs for travel and hotel, if necessary.
